MEDICAL DIRECTOR & OWNER

Dr. Kyle Holmes is a board-certified physician and the founder of Sonoma MD Medical Spa, bringing over 25 years of medical experience to the forefront of aesthetic medicine. Licensed in California, Dr. Holmes has completed advanced specialty training in medical cosmetic therapies and cutting-edge laser technologies. His deep understanding of facial anatomy allows him to design highly customized treatment plans that achieve natural, balanced, and transformative results.

Throughout his career, Dr. Holmes has remained dedicated to the highest standards of integrity, safety, and compassion in patient care. He blends a rigorous clinical background with a patient-centered philosophy, ensuring every individual receives state-of-the-art medical aesthetics delivered with a warm, trusted, and personal touch.

PA-C, MPAS & OWNER

After years of training and practice, Gina has developed a remarkable talent and love for medical aesthetics. She is an expert in Botox, facial fillers, and other cosmetics therapies.

Gina is a certified Physician Assistant, licensed in California. She earned Master’s degrees in Physician Assistant Studies and Clinical Nutrition and fellowship status in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine with the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine (A4M).

Sabrina Pecora has received specialty training in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, plasma pen fibroblasting and IPL therapy. Sabrina Pecora has been practicing as an RN since 2010 after graduating with a bachelors degree from Quinnipiac University. Born and raised in Sonoma, she has been able to work in a local ER since 2014. Sabrina has been working in aesthetics since 2020 and has received specialty training in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, plasma pen fibroblasting and IPL therapy.

Shannyn brings nine years of aesthetics experience, combining clinical precision with a highly personalized approach to care. Grounded in education, safety, and transparency, she specializes in advanced laser therapies, body contouring, and cosmetic injectables—including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulators. Known for her refined technique and attention to detail, Shannyn focuses on subtle, natural-looking outcomes that refresh and enhance her patients' authentic features.

Her background as a Clinical Trainer and medical leader underscores her commitment to evidence-based standards, clinical excellence, and streamlined safety protocols. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Shannyn graduated with honors as the Student Body Representative from her East Bay nursing program and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Cal State University.

AESTHETICIAN

Susan Wallace, Para-Medical Aesthetician, has specialized in making faces healthy for many years. She’s trained Estheticians using protocols from Jan Marini, Obagi, PCA peels, and hydro dermabrasion from the East and South Bay, Marin, and Sonoma County. Her education in skin health includes certifications in Para-Medical Esthetics, Micro needling, Nano needling, Face Cupping, Derma plane, Impaired Barrier, Rosacea, Acne and Swedish massage. Advanced studies in Chinese face mapping, manual lymphatic drainage, Gua sha, menopausal skin, global skin care, cosmetic ingredients and nutritional therapy. Susan has personally been under the care of a dermatologist since age 15. She understands the effect our skin has on our self-esteem and overall well-being. Her approach is being a good listener, understanding her clients needs, and setting realistic expectations and goals. Her services vary from holistic and therapeutic to result driven.

Isabelle Metoyer, a Sonoma native with a deep connection to the community, is a highly skilled and passionate skin care specialist.

Isabelle grew up with acne and was drawn to the beauty industry because she wanted to help others find solutions to their skin concerns just as she had. She is now a specialist in microdermabrasion, and an assortment of facials designed to treat whatever skin concerns you have. Isabelle always includes massage in her facial services, as she believes that it is an important part of the skin care experience. She is also an expert in body and face waxing, she ensures precision and great results.

Samantha Holmes is a passionate advocate for beauty and wellness. She received her BA in Criminal Justice from Sonoma State University and after completing that she pursued a career in the hospitality industry.

After working in the hospitality industry for 10 years, Samantha realized that it was time to follow in her parents’ footprints and enter into the aesthetics industry. She is currently working on finishing her MSN so she can become an RN and a more active part of Sonoma MD Medical Spa. She is passionate about using her skills to help people achieve their aesthetic and wellness goals in a safe and effective way.
